will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 1212 Avenue M,
Huntsville, Texas, 77340 to consider the Variance Request for relief from Water (Chapter 8);
Sewer (Chapter 9); and, Fire protection/hydrants (802.3) of the Huntsville Development Code for
subject property located in the ETJ of Huntsville at 104 Pinewood Lane off Southwood Drive.
