SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Mr. Larry
Dorman, President, will be received until 3:00
p.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2011, for
construction of TWDB Water System
Improvements — Standpipe Contract, and all
related work, in accordance with the project
plans and specifications. At the time stated,
bids will be opened and publicly read at the .

accompany each bid as a guaranty that , if

conditions. Time of substantial completion shall
be 270 calendar days including Saturdays,
Sundays, and legal holidays.
BIDDERS WILL be allowed to modify or
withdraw bids prior to the scheduled closing
time for receipt of bids.
NO BID received after the scheduled closing
time for receipt of bids will be accepted or
opened.
NO BID may be withdrawn after the scheduled
closing time for receipt of bids for at least 90
calendar days.
IN CASE of ambiguity or lack of clearness
stating the price of the bids, Riverside WSC
reserves the right to consider the most
advantageous construction thereof, or to reject
the bid. Riverside WSC reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and to waive any
informality in the bids. The contract will be
awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder
submitting the lowest/best bid. The bidder will
be notified at the earliest possible date of the
contract award.
ATTENTION is called to the fact that not less
than the federally determined prevailing
(Davis -Bacon and related Acts) wage rates
