The City has received a grant for phase 1 through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), through the Texas Division of Emergency Management for Disaster Declaration number FEMA -1791 -DR -TX with the possibility of a phase 2 building should additional funds become available. Request for qualifications will be accepted in the City Secretary's office at 1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, TX 77340 no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time Friday, December 2, 2011. It is the responsibility of the responder to have RFQ packet at specified time and location.
