PUBLIC HEARING
On September 30, 2011 at 12:00 Noon, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of
Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Conference Room of City Hall located at
1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, Texas, 77340, to consider the following Variance Requests:
1. Area Management Services, Inc., property owner, for a variance from the
minimum 25' side street setback, Chapter 5, Table 5-1 Lot Standards, Huntsville
Development Code, subject property located 610 8th Street, Huntsville, TX.
2. Jerry Lee (Re -New Construction), applicant, for a variance from the sidewalk
requirement, Section 606 Sidewalks, Huntsville Development Code, subject
property located at 3595 State Highway 30, Huntsville, TX.
You are hereby notified in accordance with the City of Huntsville Development Code,

APPLICATION; AND PRELIMINARY

E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI
49525-9680, has applied to the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)
for issuance of Proposed Air Quality Permit
Number 94420, which would authorize
construction of a Lumber Processing Facility at
146 FM 2793 Rd Ste B, Huntsville, Walker
County, Texas 77340. This application was
submitted to the TCEQ on December 27, 2010.
The proposed facility will emit the following-
contaminants: organic compounds, carbon
monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides,
hazardous air pollutants, and particulate matter
including particulate matter with diameters of 10
microns or less and 2.5 microns or less.
The executive director has completed the
technical review of the application and prepared
a draft permit which, if approved, would
establish the conditions under which the facility
must operate. The executive director has made
