Listed below are facilities in Significant Noncompliance during the 2010-2011 PretreatmentYear, the criterion for placing the facility on the list, enforcement actions taken by the Control Authority of the City of Huntsville Industrial Pretreatment Program to bring the User into compliance and the User's current compliance status. The publication, which is published annually in the Huntsville Item, includes those Users,in Significant Noncompliance during the Control Authority's 2010-2011 Pretreatment Year (August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011).
