A recent inspection revealed that the land/lot located at the above location is in such a condition as to be
declared a violation from the overgrowth of vegetation by the City of Huntsville Building Official. The
conditions found, cause the land/lot to be in violation of the International Property Maintenance Code Section
302.4. A detailed report of the conditions and violations can be obtained from the office of Central Inspections,
448 SH 75 North.
The land/lot must be mowed and cleaned up by November 30, 2010 or the City of Huntsville Building Official
will cause the land/lot to be mowed and cleared of all debris. Ali expenses incurred by the City of Huntsville
Building Official will be assessed against the -property -and -the owner.
Any person with an interest in the buildings may appeal the proposed action of the Building Official
by filing written notice within fifteen (15) days, of the day of this notice with the City Board of
Adjustments and Appeals at the office of Central Inspection, City Service Center, 448 Highway 75
North, Huntsville, Texas 77340.
