448 Highway 75 North, Huntsville, Texas 77320
in the large conference room. Sealed proposals
will be accepted in the City Secretary's office at
1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, TX 77340 no.later
than 2:0A p.m. Central Standard Time, Tuesday,
April 13, 2010. It is the responsibility of the•
bidder to have packet at specified time and
location. Late proposals will be returned to
responderunopened to the return address.
Proposals will be publicly read aloud at City Hall

Ike survivors in Walker County will be received at
the Catholic Charities office, 6811,Stewart Road
Galveston, Texas 77551, until 5:00 p.m. April 2,
2010. At that time, bids will be publicly opened.
Bids received after that time and date will not be
considered.
Some sample items to include in the bids are
stoves, refrigerators, water heaters and AC
window units, andshould include costs for
delivery, labor and equipment. •
No bidder may withdraw his/herbid for a period of
thirty (30) days following the opening of bids.
