Dear Members of the Selection Committee,
It is with great pleasure
that I applaud Mrs. Liz Nestor’s submission to nominate Susan Sanders as the Traditional Home 2001 Classic Woman. Susan and her husband Wes are distinguished members of our community,
who have served in a variety of volunteer positions for many years.
We have provided Mrs. Nestor with material outlining some of the many ways in which the Sanders work to make our
community, and the world (they travel for Habitat for Humanity) a better place. We have also provided a copy of the Proclamation presented when the Sanders were named the 2011 Citizens
of the Year by The Huntsville Item, noting some of their many attributes and achievements.
The Sanders continually exhibit love for our community and humanity, and you could surely
do no better than to bestow your honor as well.
