Huntsville Public Library will host a free educational program presented by the Houston & Southeast
Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
Julie Kutac, M.A., Regional Outreach Coordinator, will present "Living with Alzheimer's for Caregivers:
Making a Care Plan".
The program will be held Wednesday, August 27, beginning at 4:45 p.m. in the Huntsville Public Library's
Community Room. The library is located at 1219 13th Street, Huntsville, TX.
"Living with Alzheimer's" is an education program that provides answers to questions that arise for people
concerned about early-stage Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Participants will hear from those
directly affected and learn what they need to know, what they need to plan for and what to do to ease the
impact throughout the course of the disease.

"Living with Alzheimer's" is designed for people recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and their families.
The program will cover a variety of topics including: developing a care team, coping strategies, care and
treatment options and communicating and connecting.
This program is supported, in part, by the Houston -Galveston Area Council. For more information,
