PROCLAMATION NO. 2009-23
WHEREAS Pastor Rick Nance is a man of God who was brought to the community four years
ago; and
WHEREAS Pastor Nance has brought excitement to St. Paul United Methodist Church and to the
entire community; and
WHEREAS Huntsville is a community that recognizes our people.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as
Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
AUGUST 9, 2009
be declared:
“PASTOR NANCE DAY“
in the City of Huntsville and urge all residents to join with them in remembrance of
a fine citizen and Christian.
