MINUTES OF THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 10TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2004, IN THE CITY
HALL, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE MIN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS AT 6:00 P.M.
The Council met in a special session with the following members present:

CALL TO ORDER [5:00 p.m.]
Mayor Davidson called the special session to order.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council will conduct a closed session under Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 to
deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, and duties for certain positions with the City with
regards to the City Manager.

The City Council conducted a joint presentation and work sessionwith members of the Walker County Commissioners
Court to discuss the possible development of a tax increment financing zone (TIRZ) in the City of Huntsville.
