PERSONNEL COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE SESSION [4:25 -4:35 p.m.]
The City Council Personnel Committee The City Council Personnel Committee will conduct a closed session under
Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to review resumes regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,
and duties for certain positions with the City including City Judge and /or Acting City Judge (Section 551.074).
CALL TO ORDER [5:00 p.m.]
Mayor Davidson called the work session to order.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council conducted a closed session under Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, and duties for certain positions with the City including City Judge and /or
Acting City Judge and such deliberations may include interviews with candidates for one or more of these positions (Section
551.074).
RECONVENE
Councilmember Woodward moved to appoint Shelley Solow as Municipal Judge for the unexpired term at an
annual salary of $38,290 Councilmember Crawford seconded to motion The motion passed 9 -0
