Block of FM 247 and also just east of American Legion Drive located on Walker County Property ID
#13938, #13939 and #13941 from Management to Planned Development and to consider approval of
the Concept Plan for the Planned Development

a. First Reading - To consider adopting Ordinance 2023-26, to change the Development District

necessary, on the items addressed during Executive Session.
