resolution 2022-3A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TX, IN SUPPORT OF AN AFFORDABLE SENIOR RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO BE KNOWN AS FISH POND AT WALKER, AND IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR THE 2022 COMPETITIVE 9% HOUSING TAX CREDITS FOR FISH POND AT WALKER, A DEVELOPMENT TO BE LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 935 STATE HIGHWAY 190, HUNTSVILLE, TX , BETTER DESCRIBED AS PROPERTY I.D. 16961 ON THE WALKER COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT, BEING A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 7.83 ACRES OF LAND, THE APPLICANT BEING FISH POND AT WALKER, LP; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT AS THE EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE CITY'S SUPPORT OF THIS DEVELOPMENT
