Section 12, From and after the taking. effect of this ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person., firm or corporation to pollute any water course, Ot'Oelt , town branch or water shed, of any kind within the limits of the City of Funtsville, by the discharge, directly or indirectly of any ewage or unclean water, or linclean or polluting Matter or thing therein, or in such proximity thereto :7:6 that it will probbly rech and pollute the waters of such water course, creek, town branch or watershed .
