c. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2021-21 to amend the budget for FY 20-21 and/or CIP Project

e. Consider approving the 2021 Joint Elections Agreement and Election Services Contract with Walker County for this November 2, 2021 Election. [Kristy Doll, City Secretary] 2. STATUTORY AGENDA a. First Reading- Consider adoption of Ordinance 2021-23, amending the Huntsville Code of
Ordinances, specifically Chapter 42, Division 2 – Hotel Occupancy Tax Advisory Board to
restructure the Hotel Occupancy Tax Advisory Board to function as the Tourism Advisory Board which shall operate under bylaws approved by the City Council, first reading. [Tammy Gann, Director of Economic Development & Special Projects]
