MINUTES OF THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 15TH DAY DF'JUNE, A.D., 1982 IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS AT 7:00 P.M.
The Council met in regular session with the following members present:

PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT
Mr. Max Schlotter of the Planning Commission presented a recap of the recent meeting of the Coifs ton
involving a variance for the Heenosh Condominium project; a change to Section 6.01 of the Design Criteria Manual
regarding utilities for condominiums; change In plumbing code regarding "table of building drains and sewers ";
and noted a variance request for the Westrldge Subdivision. Section 3 was discussed, but no action taken; and
the final plat for the Horthgete Meadows Subdivision was approved.

The Council was then asked to consider modifying the street standards, as outlined In the Design Criteria

A variance from the setback requirements of both the City ordinance and subdivision restrictions. It was noted
