THE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M, IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS, AT 5:00 P.M.
The Council met in a regular session with the following:
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Brauninger, Keith D. Olson, Joe Emmett, Tish Humphrey, Ronald Allen, Joe P.
Rodriquez, Clyde D. Loll, Paul Davidhizar
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Tyler McCaffety
OFFICERS PRESENT: Matt Benoit, City Manager; Leonard Schneider, City Attorney; Lee Woodward, City Secretary
WORK SESSION [4:30 p.m.] - The City Council will hear presentations and discuss a proposed revised developer's agreement
for Texas Grand Ranch #2.
The work session opened at 4:30 p.m. Aron Kulhavy, Director of Community and Economic Development shared the updates to the
proposed agreement. The work session was closed at 4:55 p.m.
MAIN SESSION [5:00 p.m.]
1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Brauninger called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGES
U.S. Flag
Texas Flag: Honor the Texas Flag. I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state, under God, one, and indivisible.
Councilmember Loll gave an invocation. Mayor Brauninger led the pledges.
3. STATUTORY AGENDA
a. Presentation, public comment, discussion, and possible action to authorize the City Manager to enter into a revised
Development Agreement with II Texas Grand Ranch LLC for development of the Texas Grand Ranch II Subdivision.

Mayor Pro Tem Olson moved to authorize the City Manager to enter into a Development Agreement with I Texas Grand
Ranch LLC for development of the Texas Grand Ranch 11 Subdivision; the motion was seconded by Councilmember
Humphrey. The motion was unanimously adopted, 9-0.
4. MEDIA INQUIRIES RELATED TO MATTERS ON THE AGENDA
There were no media inquiries.
5. ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
(Hear announcements concerning items of community interest from the Mayor, Councilmembers, and City staff, for
which no action will be discussed or taken.)
Councilmember Humphrey shared that she attended Relay for Life with a proclamation Friday evening and received good
response on the proposed smoking ordinance. She also said SHSU All Paws In was held last Saturday throughout the
community. Councilmember Rodriquez reminded all of the Airing of the Quilts and Cinco de Mayo events coming up the first
weekend in May. Councilmember Loll asked all to join on May 12-14 for the 30th Annual General Sam Houston Folk Festival.
Mayor Brauninger spoke of U. S. Representative John Lewis' inspiring appearance last night at the University for the annual
National Book Awards Festival at SHSU.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Brauninger adjourned the meeting without objection at 5:06 p.m.
