ESTIMATED COSTS OF IMPROVEMENTS AND GIVING NOTICE TO INT
PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE DATE AND TIME SET FOR HEARING ON
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
Huntsville, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, acting
and by virtue of Title 28, Chapter 9, Revised Civil Stat
the State of Texas of 1925, and all amendments thereof,

AND WHEREAS, the Council has determined that t ere is
a necessity existing for the changing of the hearing dat- spe-
cified in said Ordinance; now, be it ordained, that the •aragraph
setting forth the hearing date in said Ordinance, be her by
amended to read as follows:
Be it further ordained that a hearing shall be held
by and before the City Council in the City Hall of the C'ty of
Huntsville, Texas, on the 8th day of August, 1972, at 7:t0
o'clock P.M., as provided by law, at which time and plac= all
persons interested in the paving and improvements, inclu•ing the
owner and /or owners of property abutting said streets or in-
terested therein, and all persons owning, claiming and irterested
in said project may appear and be heard with reference to all
needs pertaining to the paving and improvements of said street,
which hearing shall be continued from day to day until finally
accomplished. No assessment shall be made against any abutting
property or owner thereof in excess of the special benefits to
such property, and its owners, in the enhanced value thereof
by means of such improvements as determined at such hearing.
On motion duly made and executed, the above and fore-
going ordinance was read before a regular meeting, of the City
Council, voted upon and passed by unanimous vote of the Council
and was duly adopted this 25th day of July, A.D., 1972.
