OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE TO PROVIDE`THE
AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT SHALL CONSIST OF TWENTY FIVE (25)
OR MORE MEMBERS, TO BE DETERMINED BY RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL FROM TIME TO TINE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS:
SEC. 5 -3 of Chapter 5 of the CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, is hereby amended and shall hereafter read
as follows:
Sec. 5 -3. Composition, divisions, eta.
The auxiliary police unit shall consist of twenty five (25)
of more members, to be determined by resolution of the City Council
from time to time, who shall be divided into such units and serve
in such geographic sections of the city as may be designated by
the chief of police.
All of Chapter 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Huntsville, Texas, as said original ordinance which is dated May
1, 1951, except as hereby specifically amended shall remain in
full force and effect, and only that part of Sec. 5 -3 of Chapter
5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, which
is in conflict herewith is hereby repealed.

ordinance was duly passed at the regular meeting of the City GounOil
of the City of Huntsville, on the 6th day of November, 1962.
