PROCLAMATION
NO. 2015-10
WHEREAS Pastor Billy R. Holmes is the founder of the Power of Faith
Community Church in Huntsville, Texas; and
WHEREAS he has given unselfishly and constantly to see that services have been
held in various locations in our area; and
WHEREAS additionally, Pastor Holmes and his wife and family have worked to
hold blood drives, festivals, and other events at their own expense; and
WHEREAS through the efforts of Pastor Holmes, his family, and the members of
the congregation, we today celebrate the fourth anniversary of the
Power of Faith Community Church.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the
power vested in me as Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
November 2, 2014
be declared: Pastor Billy R. Holmes Day
in the City of Huntsville, and call upon our citizens to join in the
celebration of this special individual and his service to our community.
