Proc. 2020-19 - Eagle Scout - 1-30-19Proclamation N0. 2020-19
WHEREAS the conferring of the designation of Eagle Scout is one of the highest awards that can be bestowed upon a Boy Scout, as it requires years of dedication and commitment to achieve,
since Eagle Scouts act as leaders and role models in the community; and

Cub Scouts; and

many who cannot easily get to religious services, including the home-bound and those incarcerated within the city limits; and
WHEREAS Kolbe replaced a temporary dirt-floor dog run for residents of Good Shepherd Mission with a concrete pad and chain link fencing that included three separate covered dog runs
and an entry and storage area. This will allow the guests who have pets to stay at Mission and keep their dogs on the premises.; and
