THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WALKER
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville has maintained a policy in renting, upon
a stipulated rental basis, certain of the equipment and machinery owned by the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUNTSVILLE
That effective as of the date of adoption hereof by the City Council of
the City of Huntsville, the rental charges for rental of City-owned equipment
including qualified operators, shall be as follows, to wit:
