COMMISSION TO RECOMMEND THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE VARIOUS ZONES TO BE ESTABLISHED AND THE
REGULATIONS TO 13E ADOPTED THEREFOR IN CON-
NECTION WITH HUNTSVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS:
That an Airport Zoning Commission of three (3) members be
created for the purpose of recommending tile boundaries of
the various zones to be established and the regulations to
be adopted therefor in connection with Huntsville Munici-
pal Airport, as provided in Article 46E of the Revised Civil
Statutes of the tate of Texas of 1925.

such Airport Zonihg Cnmmisslon.
That such Airport Zoning Commission make a preliminary re-
port and hold public hearings thereon before submitting its
final report to the City Council of the City of Huntsville,
Texas, which said final report shall be prepared and sub-
dtted as expeditiously as possible. That when the Airport
Zoning Commission shall have completed their final report
and have submitted the sane to the City Council for appro-
priate action the appointments here made shall cease and
determine.
This ordinance' shall take effect immediately after its pas-
sage and approval, and it is so ordained.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly passed and is
approved this the f8c-day of January, 1949,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS:
SECTION l: The City Health Officer shall charge and
collect the following annual fees for each permit issued under
Section 1 of the Milk Ordinance of the City of Huntsville, Tex-
as, passed July 7, 1938, of record in Volume H, page 178, of
the Minutes of the City Council of said city, which annual per-
mit fee shall commence April 1, 1949, namely:
1. A permit fee of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per year for
all permits authorizing the sale of not exceeding two hundred
fifty (250) gallons of milk pet , month
2. A permit fee of Twenty (5''20.00) Dollars per year
for all permits authorizing the sale of in excess of two hun-
dred fifty (250) gallons of milk per �T;R.: y month
SECTION 2: The City Health Officer shall charge and
collect a fee of Two & 50/100 ($2.50) Dollars semi - annually,
commencing April 1, 1949, for al.]. inspections required under
Section 2 of the Milk Ordinance of the City of Huntsville,
passed August 7, 1938, of record in Volume H, page 178, of
the Minutes of the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Tex-
as.
SECTION 3: All fees collected hereunder by the City
Health Officer shall be paid over to the City Secretary and
deposited in the General Funds of the city.
