AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO POST, PLACE AND ATTACK POSTERS , ADVERTISEMENTS AND CIRCULARS ON TELEPHONE POLES, ELECTRIQ LIGHT POLES AND OTHER OBJECTS ALONG THE STREETS OF THE crey OF HUNT SV I LIE , AND PROVIDING PUNISHMENT FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. ES IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS s SE ION It shall be unlawful for any person to post , place or attach and allow remaining thereon any poster, advertisement or circular on telephone poles, electric light poles and other object along the streets of the City of Huntsville. ON .Tw© Each day on which s otter, advertisement or circular is allowed to remain attached to telephoQex poles electric light poles and other object along the streets of the City of Huntsville shall constitute a separate offense by the person posting, placing or attaohing the same thereto. MCTION T# Any person who shall violate any section of this ordinance shall be guilty of a mildemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $200.00.
