Continue to manage your stress levels
weekly on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. to noon
as the Coloring for Adults program has been
extended through March. Studies show
coloring can have a calming effect on the
adult mind and helps promote overall
wellness. We'll supply the colored pencils,
coloring sheets, and coffee. Meet in the
Board Room at the Huntsville Public Library.
No registration is necessary. This program is
for adults 18 years and older.
